Movie is Invisible Dirty Old Man
 

The clips are from "The Invisible Dirty Old Man." It was never released, however there is a comic book version. There is also a ten minute trailer that was being sold. I have heard that the filmmaker will try again to get the funds to finish it and distribute it. Pics and clips are available through Galaxy of Terror, http://galaxy-of-terror.com/, but to get the clips I think you'll have to buy a CD full of clips.
