Actually I agree with you - in the real world it's a frustrating tease when a woman acts like she's going to blow you and then just kisses and licks.
For it to count as a blowjob in my opinion, she needs (a) to take me well into her mouth while she works me and (b) make at least one attempt at going deep (either all the way or until she gags, which counts as proof that's she giving me her best shot) and (c) have me cum in her mouth.
