that makes a bit more sense, however I prefer Splotches take on it that we just pick a story for the week and try to add to it as much as we can in that week.

Reason for this being that it eliminates some likely issues. For example if person to start doesnt have chance to check the thread until say thursday or friday, whole weeks a write off. Same if the person nominated takes a while to see the thread. Probably at best you'd get 4 to 6 entries a week whereas with it free to flow, 5 people could add 4 parts each which would be 20 overall.

That actually brings me to another point. The whole "One Week" limit seems a bit condensed. I'm sure we all have lives outside of writing porn, and sometimes I just don't have the time or energy to write anything especially under the pressure of only a few days.

Just to let you know; I trawled through some of the adult stories on the site and tried a few which seemed to have ENF / exhibitionist potential, and... after reading a story about a girl whose clothes get stolen at the beach, but is then ****d and impregnated by a giant mutant spider only for thousands of spiders to hatch out of her crotch when she goes to school... I'm done with the site. They can create their own damned stories, I'm just... Nope.

Nope nope nope nope nope...

*opens the door, goes outside. All that can be heard is my gradually diminishing 'nopes' as I walk far, far away*

There is also a thread in the story "downfall" that has ENF/exhibitionism scenes:

Also, the author of "The Humiliation of Katie" also started two other stories having to do with a young woman or girl being exposed in front of her family and in public. Here's the first:

The other one explores the same character with different embarrassing character quirks:

I'm not the creator, but I do enjoy what ask of you guys post on the writing.com stories, so I'd like to see what you can do for these stories (even though that site doesn't attribute an author to reach installment)

Normally I'd be very enthusiastic about doing the kind of thing you're all talking about, but I have several of my own threads going that I'm regularly getting inspiration for, so I want to take advantage of that while it lasts.

More importantly though, just wanted to keep things alive and say that there's no reason to give up. Everyone seems mostly in agreement on how you want to conduct this, and there's plenty of interest (that's really the hard part). I say just pick something and go. Attaching time limits isn't very important, and you can figure that out later if you still want to. The sooner you start, the sooner you start building momentum and can figure out what works for people and what doesn't.

This seems to have quietened down, so might I suggest a compromise?

How about we use the Random Number Generator to select two stories, and for a two week period we attempt to focus on new chapters specifically for those two stories?

We won't specify which writers have to write in which order, so that way everyone can contribute as and when they can.

I also liked the idea of setting both options as "Author's Choice" so that we're not restricted by bad options (for example, just read a story where the options were for a woman to have her clothes either cut off or pulled off - that's not really a choice).

However! A drawback of this is that when you select "Recent Chapters" it would bring up a dozen or so "Author's Choice", which would make the threads of the story hard to follow. I would suggest instead that the writer re-name the title before adding any new scenes (this can be done when adding a new chapter. Just above the Chapter Text box is a Chapter Title box).

Sounds like a great idea. I would say that only requiring one of the options to be author's choice might be better, though you can still make them both, of course. Naming the options can help give ideas about how to continue, and it's a way to sort of "reserve" one branch of the story for yourself if you feel like you have a good idea.

Both points are the reason why I leave one option as "other" when I know one option is where I want the story to go. This has the same problem as "Author's Choice", which as you pointed out, can be changed when you write the new post. So, a good practice is to have at least one "Author's Choice" or "other" option just so you don't stifle creativity, but still have a way to either hint at or reserve a choice for future posts.

So apparently "Prey" has been removed from writing.com. Damn. Going through my Favourites list now, half of the stories have been taken down.

Yeah. It's still listed in my favorites, but when I chick on it it says item can't be found. The same happened to another awesome story called Hermione's Enf Adventure. Luckily, an author who goes by the name Red Knight created a new one, but the previous one had I think over 150 chapters and most of them were pretty good! :(

The Hermione one might've been removed because most of the scenarios were set up far earlier than when she was 18 (which was the final year only).
