Carl thought he had come up with the perfect scheme.He'd pretend to be a 'mall-cop.' Find some women in the act of shoplifting,and then negotiate with them for their release without a record.That of course would mean they pose for new mugshots. Amazingly, it worked for a while.Until one day what he thought was a shoplifter,turned out to be an undercover police officer. And he was promptly arrested. The women that he photographed had all declined to press charges,so he didn't serve much time."Fun while it lasted." Was all he commented on it.
