This looks very much like a Shrimp photo from Thailand.

Shrimp was a well known British photographer in Bangkok for many years who specialized in nude photography. This looks like one of his.

Does anyone have any idea how the photographer got to to take these pics, and his motivation? (Anthropology or porn?). North african women arent known for sprading around naked.

I was referring to Osreb's post 1136 of two ladies, one with a parasol. That is one of Shrimp's images. I have it on one of his caladars from Thailand in the 19670s

I am quite sure the photo of two girls in sarongs is from Thailand. One is carrying a Buddhist monk's parasol. It was taken by Shrimp aka Patrick Grauvin in southern Thailand many years ago.

Canadian people...

Apparently those Canadians pack on a lot of blubber to keep warm in their harsh northerly climate.

The Doukhobors were and interesting bunch. They were actually a Christian sect from Russia (hence the girth) that emigrated to Canada in the 1900's.

And they got naked a lot. During worship, during celebrations, and as a form of protest. I guess you could say they were nudist pioneers.
