To me, it seems that while London has a greater amount of beautiful girls who participate, the girls in Brighton are more likely to be fearless and ride unmasked in their birthday suits. Anyone know why this is?

Brighton is a hippy city

It takes courage to do this - very few of those who enjoy WNBR pics here could do WNBR naked.

From reports - there seem to be more photographers and spectators in London, a higher proportion of whom are more intrusive, leering and jostling for a good view of naked young women. As there is less of this in Brighton the atmosphere in seems more relaxed and happy. Women usually have to be happy and relaxed before they allow themselves to be vulnerable (or "fearless" to use your word).
