One of the rules of 'Village Naturiste' is no photography or filming. On Google street view you will see a sign saying as much to the left of the control booth at the entrance to the village.
The unwritten rule is it is acceptable to photograph, but only with their consent, people in your own party.
The French privacy laws regarding photography, even in public places are very strict. Unlike many countries where people just stand by and stare at those flouting rules and laws, the average French person will make it known you are breaking the rules and soon gather a crowd of that can become quite aggressive if given cause.
In Melrose last year I witnessed a male taking pictures on their phone told to stop by security. When he ignored the order he was very physically removed from the the premises. I didn't see what they did to his phone but I can guess.
