Guess what they want to outlaw in my state

Some crackpot entered a bill to outlaw breast implants on any girl under the age of 18. While this may sound good, this makes it impossible for cancer sufferers to have a semi-normal life

Then, they tacked on to the bill a section outlawing human cloning and some sanctions against insurance companies paying for birth control

So, thus I would argue, if we have 100 people who don't do dick..

Lets replace them with 100 that do. It's much nicer.
