Not from a movie or TV show, but I think it fits best here; Rolling Stone Magazine, featuring The Go-Gos in their underwear. This is a real EUF. The girls were talked into doing the shoot by photographer Annie Liebovitz. None of them wanted to be in their underwear, and they still regret doing it to this day. If you look at their faces, you can clearly see they're embarrassed. This is the best version of the cover I've ever found.

Catherine Oxenberg (and her stunt double) EUF, from the film; Lair of the White Worm. She covers up with a jacket at the end of the scene, but I don't have a photo of that. She was supposed to be completely naked, but refused to do the scene unless she could keep her underwear on. I guess royalty has it's privileges (she does get naked a few years later in the totally forgettable film; Time Served).

Here's a really rare television EUF. A female super villain named Hurricane, uses her powers to blow people's clothes off during a bank robbery. The show is called; Black Scorpion.

From "Todo Incluido", a show about a group of idiot housekeepers working at a high-end hotel.

One of the maids tries to clumsily seduce a handsome guest. So she takes her uniform off in front of him and strikes a sexy pose. The guy freaks out and slams the door in her face.

She is disappointed..but then she realizes her uniform is caught in the locked door. She can't get free and is trapped in the hallway in her underwear! She tries to "play it cool" when she gets caught by some onlookers :)

I think it's from a soap opera (possibly Spanish language), but I'm not sure. The clip is on OCC, somewhere.

It's from a comedy talk TV show called "Se Lo Que Hicisteis". The vid is from around 2009, if I recall correctly. It was a self-deprecating humorous sketch done after Patricia had had a wardrobe malfuncion (more precisely, an upskirt) on a previous episode when she fell down while huging actor Mario Casas. The upskirt became viral, and in the sketch Patricia is "lecturing" her audience about sexism, feminist struggle and the ignominy of having her panties going viral on the net. She screams "it's only a pair of panties!" as she stands up.

Beat It (Dutch game show) - Uit de Kleren
 

A few frame grabs from a Dutch TV game show called Beat it. This is apparently a karaoke-style game show where contestants can win prizes for singing pop songs correctly. But in addition to the prizes there's the possibility of having to do a penalty if you mess up, like the ones in Ellen's Game of Games. This particular one is called "Uit de Kleren" (out of the clothes) where losing contestants have their breakaway costumes yanked off by wires.

(Apparently the contestants were also supplied with matching lingerie and stockings.)
