The guy puts his palm under the tailbone of the girl, as if she is sitting on a chair. A strong and stiff arm is required, and if there is any adjustment needed, the girl is the one who does it, in a split second. Yes, there are times when the guy's thumb shifts accidentally into the girl's crotch area, or worse, the anal area, which can be painful. I've never done that stunt.

I play co-ed volleyball with some chicks that are in incredible shape and they wear those short spandex shorts, and during the point I'm competing and oblivious to the hotness, but at any given break I certainly enjoy catching my glimpses, just as I'm sure these cheerleader dudes enjoy their lifts.
