I recognize the cover on the top, I don't know the name of the series but I've been told it is full of moments of naked teleportation (in fact I believe it is a running gag in the series). If anybody has that manga or knows where to read it online, please post :)

Luckily the pic had a name on it, which I later discovered to be the author and artist.
Manga is called: Shiritsu Sairyou Koukou Chounouryokubu

Can somebody ID the Manga with the naked Witch ?

Found the entire Shiritsu Sairyou Koukou Chounouryokubu Manga in Raws and skimmed through it end to end and found all the naked teleportation scenes. It wasn't as much as a running gag as I had expected, it just seemed to occur at random moments throughout the series. since it is untranslated, I couldn't learn much about how it happens or who has the power, but it makes for an interesting time.
