Not quite! But the fake of that photo keeps popping up in
different threads. I thought perhaps if people saw the actual
photo along with the Fake, maybe the fake would stop showing up.

As an alternative, you can always add kelix to your "ignore list".

Go to the section on "Dealing with troublesome users". Once you add him to your list nothing he posts will show up for you. Problem... solved!

Kind of frustrating to see you lifting my ORIGINAL material and reposting it.

Oh no, please accept my apologies for any confusion but your helpful addition of the original beside that fake was not for one moment intended as the target of my comment. I can see how the confusion arose, I should have deleted your quote before adding my comment which was aimed exclusively at osreb's post for the overall number of reposts he included. Silly me! :o

It so happens I found your inclusion of the original alongside the fake very helpful because I have a friend who up to now has refused to believe such fakes are made, so now I can show him clear proof.

Thanks for the useful tip about the 'ignore list' - clearly the way to go. Hope you don't mind if I decline your invitation to a vacation long or short - right here is the only place to be! :D

On a side note concerning "Re-posts"... If you review the Forum Rules and Posting Guidelines ( https://forum.oneclickchicks.com/misc.php?do=showrules ), You'll find that the only rule that even mentions re-posts is Rule 22. And it only addresses posting the same photo(s) across multiple Threads or Forums, not in the same thread.

This forum is all about reposting photos that were someone's original material at some time. If all photos that are someone else's were removed you would almost be down to only our pix, Dirty Harry, 8mmm man and Maximus. There are a few others posting original material but very few. Get used to it, I have over the last 17 years I have been posting Reba photos. The only way to stop it would be to watermark all your photos but then none of them would be allowed here anyway.

Keep on posting, your thread is fun and always interesting!

You're right, the moment anyone posts original work on the net they are instantly signing away all their rights. But when work is reposted on the self same site it does seem a tad disrespectful. So it's perfectly understandable for the originator to feel a little disconcerted. Why should he continue posting original material on here only for others to 'steal' the credit? I for one hope he is not demotivated, imo his thread is amongst the very best on this site.

Should remove the fake photo of the woman in the white dress...it is worse than the fake on the bottom.

Could the mods clarify, please. By watermarked pics being banned, I assumed that was to stop infringing copyright of someone ( athird party) who had posted the pic at some other site. But if a person watermarks their original work then posts it here, surely it appears, quite legally, "with permisssion of the copyright holder"... so wouldn't that be OK?

You may in fact Watermark your own personal work and post it here as long
as it does not have any other websites url in the watermark.

You're also encouraged to add to your signature block, a statement
to the effect: The "XYZXYZ" watermark is my personal work.

Hey Robbie, since this is your 1st and only post, I guess you can speak with authority that you have never reposted anything. For someone who has made no contributions, I would think you would be thankful for anything posted, and not complain

Jooo ..... thank you for saying what was on my mind as well. As another member stated, most of the posts are reposts from other areas. It's all good.

One post in 8 years as a member here and it's to complain about what others contribute. And a grand total of 8 thanks to other members in all those years. Do us a favor mate, if you don't like what you see here go back to femalefirst, find your best buddy buffyfan and spend the rest of your days reading his stories about the wind blowing his skirt up over and over...

I have added Kelix to my ignore list twice and it seems that each time I clear my cache for IE, his photos re - appear in this thread when I am viewing it.
