The Snipping tool in Win7 works fine. View the largest size on the site and then just snip and save as a jpg.

Portable ones are getting to be popular as entertainment at wedding receptions and parties and as revenue enhancers for wedding photogs. People drink at weddings and parties, hence the skin.
