Well if it's fake, it's a heck of a good one.

Another possibility is that it's not fake, but also not a photo of Blonde1. The face of the blonde in the explicit lesbian photo is largely obscured by hair, so it's hard to tell just how much she looks like Blonde1. I can't make out a definite resemblance to her. Also, the fact that the exif data lists 2010 as its source date (unlike the photos of Blonde1 kissing a redhead that are from 2004, as well as the majority, if not all, of the known Blonde1 photos out there, which I believe all date from significantly before 2010) points to it likely not being Blonde1.
