If i'm not wrong it's from the spanish movie Te doy mis ojos (I give you my eyes). The actress is Laia Marull. The movie is about genre violence (is that right? I hope you get what i mean), so, in the context of the movie, the scene is not funny nor erotic.

I only found out details about the film after I posted this picture & dailymotion clip. So naturally I agree with you. But alot of other posts in this thread are of a similar level.
