After searching by image similarity I found the image under a different name containing "Cancun".
Looking at pictures of hotels in Cancun, I'm pretty confident that the building in the background is the "Hotel Riu" (www.panoramio.com/photo/62731763) from an south eastern view.
I would bet that this picture was taken from a room at the "Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Cancun Resort & Spa"

But more than that, look at the gallery of that hot young lady where I found the "canun" hint :)
