This is from the HBO series "Real Sex." A search suggests this is from Episode 17 and the piece entitled "Out To Africa With Photographer Uwe Ommer."

The Real Sex series is notoriously hard to find - it's never been released on video or DVD as near as I can tell. They still show periodically on HBO. It would be a perfect subject for a thread here! Anyway, hope it helps you find a clearer version.

Anyone ever see the TV series "Last Woman Standing"?
originally they took a group of British blokes to remote parts of the world to compete in assorted martial arts contests. Then the researchers & producers had a seemingly good idea. They took a group of British women to compete in tournaments against local women in remote parts of the world.
In episode 1, the night before the tournament, the local women picked a man from their tribe and went off into the jungle for a night of sex. The British girls decided to spend the night chatting round the cap fire.
The following morning, the girls had psyched themselves up for the tournament knowing they would suffer cuts, bruises and maybe a broken bone or two. What came as a shock was that the local women all competed topless! Our girls refused to do this and wore bikini tops and offended the locals.
