Great find - and I think the actor in the scene is... none other than Frank Gorshin, whom was "The Riddler" in the original 'Batman' TV series in the 1960s. And I think this movie is "The Uppercrust" (1981).

That is from the Doctor Who episode "Let's Kill Hitler". River Song, the woman with the guns is played by Alex Kingston.

I couldn't figure if this should go in the video games thread (but it isn't for videos) or somewhere in here. Since the animation is of women getting their clothes cut off I figured it would fit in this thread but feel free to move.

Lost Highway (1997)
 

I came across this while on the net, and was surprised when checking through this thread to see that it wasn't on here! One of the most famous "Forced Strip" scenes in cinema, this is from Lost Highway from 1997, and involves Patricia Arquette being forced to strip by a gunman while a gangster watches on. What makes this scene even hotter is that Arquette herself was famously shy about doing nudity and was embarrassed about baring all in the film (she even looks nervous in some shots). Apparently the only thing that persuaded her was that she liked working with director David Lynch and knew that if she wanted to be in the film she would have to do nudity. As it turned out it was worth it, as it was a hit for her (even if Lynch films are a little strange at times). So here is the scene for you to enjoy. Here's hoping Lynch is planning another film like this!

Of Freaks & Men Blind Woman (1998)
 

This is one of two video clips from the Russian film Of Freaks and Men in 1998. The plot was pretty controversial, involving a group of pornographers who took advantage of vulnerable people to put them in their pornographic movies. This 1st clip sees a young blind widow (played by Anzhelika Nevolina) taken advantage of when the pornographers enter her home with the help of her maid, and proceed to force her to lift up her skirt and expose herself so they can judge what she looks like. It's even more mortifying for the widow when her conjoined twin sons enter the room and see her like that (the twins edited out of this clip, as I have no idea if they were of age or not). In the 2nd scene, she is then frogmarched into her room to strip all her clothes off before then being marched into the sitting room where she is then bent over and spanked by her own maid, who takes great delight in seeing her mistress humiliated in front of the cameras.
