Seems the Deptford start was the place to be, at least this year. Another Flickrite also posted a good few snaps from this one. Was this year a one off or is it always this good down there?

For context why this is a great moment:
According to Flikr she was riding, at least at some point, with the thong on (see previous photos), and again on Flikr she was covered top and bottom at Hove Lawns (thong and a knotted shirt). She seemed to have a great attitude towards the start, and I'm assuming that was spoilt after she entered the enclosure. I'm not seeing any photos of her from the end of the ride either. I know it's been suggested to remain positive but I can't help but think women are being put off by the vibes inside the enclosure (and Hove Lawns, with most marshals focussed on photographers documenting the public protest) - so many public displays of affection, making it unnecessarily sexual. I think a lot of women who are brave enough to go full nude just want it to be that, nude, and when they see all the "paraphernalia" and sexualised dancing they're reminded of the reason why they don't see many others like them there. I'd like to think I'm somewhat sexually liberated but even I just want it to be a straight forward naturist, revelling atmosphere - not pride on bikes (if that's what they're going for then good for them but they should be much more transparent with this). Just my speculation I know, but I feel bad for her if these factors contributed to her putting clothes on during the ride. Sorry for ranting, enjoy a glimpse of the brief time on this ride when she was made to feel comfortable enough to be confident and proud in her full natural self.

The Chicago Critical Mass Twitter account has put out about 5-6 short clips so far tonight. They’ve been pretty tame so far but the turnout looks pretty good and the ride isn’t over yet.

why do you think pre-party videos of chicago are so rare?

Oh, I meant it was the best clip this account had posted yet, but that is strange that you don’t often see Chicago pre-ride videos, or almost any videos from riders. At least it seems like they’re usually from bystanders. Besides the fact it’s a night ride and a less hippie town than Portland, hard to say why the riders usually post less, at least compared to how many riders there are.
