Not GAO, but I'll answer anyway ;)
Those are from "Nanako-san Teki na Nichijou", also know as:
菜々子さん的な日常
Nanako-ish Days
Nanako-san's Daily Life
There are 2 volumes of similar scenes of this girl, and a previous similar work from the autor (I think it's alredy been posted here, use the search engine)
I think you can find a few chapters translated, but if you find complete translations please inform! :D

Seems like a (vital) missing part of an animal costume, or the consequences of some kind of disintegrator.
No idea where is it from, but reminds me of these (whose origin I also ignore):

Really similar to the dead-material-disintegrator bullets from Asobi ni Ikuyo (check the last image).
