This still supports my arguement - in Africa, by and large, the coinciding factors necessary to produce a flood of nude beach photos on the web do not exist. They need nude beaches, cameras, and web access. Without all three (plus other factors), no deluge of nudity. There is no deluge, as the requirements are not firmly in place yet. Whether or not these statistics are changing is irrelevant to the absence of these pictures at present.

The fact that people are using their phones as bank accounts suggests the same problem - no computers to do the uploading and posting and whatnot.
