That led to the one processing business... Took a little of the edge off of the waiting period... It was always great to see the expression of the guy who had just developed the photos... Professional excitement.

Like most people now we shoot using digital cameras now. But back when we used film I found waiting for photos to come back took way to long. One evening I took a roll of film of my wife Tracy the photos stated with her in underwear and ended with her running her fingers through her pussy showing every thing. A selection of the photos is below.

I wanted to get these photos processed as quickly as I could I had seen a one hour place in a town close to home now the down side of this was that the shop had a big window on to a busy shopping street as photos were processed they could be seen clearly from the street during the drying process. Despite this I decided to take my film in and handed it over to the assistant. I was told the photos would be ready in about an hour. I went out and sat with a drink on a bench across from the shop and waited. I kept looking up to see if I could see any of my photos and then I saw the first one Tracy in her underwear. I noticed a few guys and women stopped to look as the photos went round some women pulled their men away some watched the whole set come past the window.

I waited for a while after the whole set had gone past then went into the shop to pick up my photos. I twas such a turn on knowing that so many people had seen them. I told Tracy when I got home and she told me off for not taking her with me LOL.

Much the same experience at a one hour developer in a strip mall... The printing machine was in the front window of store... anyone could look in and give the photos a once or twice over... The owner... after I told him they were nudes... put a cover over the output bin to keep the pedestrians and on lookers from the nude photos... He loved my work.

Sorry that you had that experience. I worked in film at a large warehouse store many years ago before the digital age took off. My job was to sort the developed film into the film binds for people to find. I could always tell when there was a possible nude photo by the envelop and the season of the year. Summertime = summer vacations and weddings. Christmas and new years = hot holiday parties October = Halloween parties etc.... usually nudes at at time even hardcore that made it past the censors at the film development company. Often a single pic like a BJ or intercourse pic by itself in the roll made it through.

Also, the company that brought the film in to the store after development must have had employees that were into looking because i could tell film envelopes that had been opened a few times. Remember that the film envelopes at the warehouse clubs were just sticky grips and sealed like a letter envelope so they could be opened and closed with ease. My theory is that some of these hardcore pics that were misplaced were done so on purpose, knowing that most people would not return them for a repeat printing or fess up to that there pictures were hardcore in nature.

Think about this. How many pics must have been taken by film developers or reprinted over the years? I bet a hell of a lot. (BTW and for the record, I looked at a lot of film by never took any home. I valued my job at the time, although now i am retired from it.)

It was such a rush to see a bride naked, vacation and beach photos of hot wives, even the sometimes hardcore. My favorite was big busty woman that always seem to want to show off their big boobs. They were proud of them. LOL. Especially those women that just paid for a good boob job.

Finally, I would not worry about your old photos out there somewhere. Most people do not hold onto them for long and now with the digital age the web is flooded with them.

Final contribution on the subject of missing or stolen pictures. Remember this: The old photos were usually printed on cheaper photo paper to make more money for the photo development companies. These type of printed photos do not last over the years. They go bad and even lose their original color and most people do not hang onto nudes over the year either (that are not theirs), the excitement wears off no matter how hot at the time. Also, there is just too much stuff on the web in this age that we live to compete with. (not that your wife is not hot either, just saying this is the way it is) I would feel confident your photos lost or stolen are long gone at this point in time. Thanks for sharing your story with us. Many people have been there too, in the same situation.

When my wife and I were dating (back around 1987) she let me take about 60 or so Polaroids of her (and she took a few of me), mostly nude or nearly nude, some in bondage, etc. One night when she was planning the next day to go home for summer, she let me take a whole roll (24) of photos of her using a film camera. She posed in some very suggestive poses, lots of side boob, etc. For one photo she was wearing only black panties and laid on her stomach with her bare feet up in the air behind her. This recent news story is related to this thread for two reasons. One it mentions the same subject matter at the end of the article. And two - it shows the same thing is now going on in the digital age.

It also clearly shows that if you do this type of thing - you should be cautious as to who you share these "finds" with.

This is also a good example of why people should learn how to control their own data without help from the local store. Might also be smart to store your more personal content somewhere other than on your phone.

Folks these days don't realize how good they have it.Back in the 80's,early 90's.Was a chore finding someone to develop nudes or semi-nudes of my wife or other women I took pictures of.The drugstores and such were definitely out as far as that was concerned.Finally found a place a friend of mine recommended.He did good work.And didn't question content.If he kept any copies for himself.I do not know.

Agree, you had to use developers that advertised in the back of porn mags, preety sure that they would keep copies.

Here in the UK in the 80's and 90's you could post films off to a company called truprint mainstream company that used to develop and print photos. My wife and myself sent many a roll of nude and semi nude that they developed (we never tried hardcore).

Our most embarrassing incident with this was when her Mother was visiting and got to the post first (you were never sure when they would arrive). She had opened them by the time we came down to breakfast and had a good look through all 24 photos of my wife starting in bra panties & stockings and ending up fully nude. Fortunately she is a braod minded lady and thought the whole thing funny. It was a weird turn on watching her look through them and discuss them with us over breakfast.

I used to use Excel because they were based in Exeter which was I thought was far away enough so there was no chance of someone knowing us.

Got a letter from Truprint after a few 'mild' rolls of film when one got sent in from holidays, the content I'd forgotten about and sent it with the rest. They'd developed the negatives (and returned them) but only printed out a few of the topless ones and added a "do not send any more photographs of a pornographic nature" letter... oops!

In the 1970's I sent our photos to a mail order firm Trifca. There were nudes topless and lingerie plus beach pics.
I never had a problem The Trifca prints came in threes, one full sixe print and 2 smaller prints.

Don't know if copies were made but have never seen any on the web.

When my wife and I were first married we took several pics and had them developed at the drugstore. I've included a couple of examples and will be more than happy to include more. I've cropped her face out, but keep in mind her face appeared in the photos originally. She was almost always the one to pick them up.

True story: one time I went to pick them up and pictures like these were visible on the development machine's monitor from in front of the counter. There were some of me as well, with the female staff going about there business behind the counter.

Your Pics reminded my of some my wife had developed at store. She had them taken by a "friend" that she trusted (yeah right) but then had them developed at a mall photo store.

Doubt many people remember this but back in the mid 1980s there was a huge shit-storm to hit K-mart, seems a young couple had been bringing their film for development there on a regular basis.

Seems a few young men working in that department were copying the negatives and distributing the couple's very explicit photos on a wide basis.

After seeing their photos printed in a regional swingers magazine, the couple hired an attorney and won a considerable settlement against the store.

I recall this story carried on one of the major network news broadcasts and carried in a few newspapers.

We only ever took one batch that had anything remotely sexy on it, my wife in a skimpy bra and panty with nothing showing. The photos came back with a note that one pic could not be developed because of some dumb reason. This traumatized my wife and she would never even send bikini pics to the drugstore developers.

However, when we were married about three years I took some bare boob pics and was going to send them to a place by mail that didn't censor. The single guy in our apartment complex was talking about his developing equipment, B&W only, and my wife got this lurid look in her eye. Years ago I used to sell products to photo mini labs. Almost of my clients not only made duplicates of photos that were being process. They also weren't shy about showing them to the salespeople that called on them. The shots were always great right after spring break.

I was happy to read this thread because it makes me understand I was not alone in the excitement of taking “naughty photos” of the wife to be developed. I miss the pre-digital age!

The very first were places you drop off and pick the pics up a few days later. I also used stores like Target that you dropped the film off, they sent it out, and then you picked it up in long rows of envelopes sorted alphabetically. This exited me because I knew anyone could pick up the envelope, open and see them. While the first pictures were fairly mild by today’s standards, I never had any censured, even then they showed EVERYTHING.

Later (when they because common place) I used several 1 hour places, and I never had anyone tell me they would not do them after I warned them that “there was some female nudity on them”. Most said “as long as there are no underage or criminal images” they were OK. Ahh, the excitement of walking out of the store and waiting that LONG hour to return. I was always careful to be sure I was the only one there when dropping off, and picking up. I wanted to “review” the photos as they/he was ringing me up, and I made sure he had full view as well. Generally I would say “I don’t know if you made any copies, but it’s OK with me as long as it’s for their viewing” (which I knew he would not be the only one!).

Anyway, the wildest time was a place was one when I arrived as the photos were coming off the printer. I know they had no time to make extra sets because I saw them come off. But, they were not right, for some setting was not properly set. He said he’d redo them immediately as I waited. As he started them I went through the sets (2) I had, kept one for myself and the other I took out the pics with my wife’s face and told him (and his buddy that was standing there) they could have the other ones if they wanted. These were fairly explicit, with nice views of her spread legs with pussy and her ass! They took them and his co-worker looked through them as the other guy got my next sets processing. I was distracted but it seemed it took longer on the print this time, and I am certain it was because more than 2 sets came out. I've already written several posts on this very topic about my wife. I chose this comment to add mine because of several things similar to our past and the fact it is number 69, fitting right in!:D
In our case it was my wife who became friends with the son of the man who ran a small downtown photo lab. I say son like in 30's. My wife and I were probably also in our 30's or slightly younger at this time. None of our photos were actually hardcore or porn. Just your regular tit flashing and later nude with legs spread.
We used the cheap 110 film cameras. One I remember was called a "Starmite" That's all I remember about it. It had a built-in flash and we each had our own camera. Still we needed our local drug store or the mail order developer for those special photos when friends and strangers would pose with my wife.


Ain't the digital world great ? But I miss the good ole days of sharing my wife's pictures with others in person.

Just this week I had two different friends who don't know each other send a few photos of my wife from on forums wishing a couple of guys happy birthday. They weren't anything but skimpy top photos with something I'd written about HAPPY BIRTHDAY. But they were my own for personal use. And it is way too late to do anything because the birthdays were over a year ago.

Not that long ago, a gf and I were at a frat party... and over the course of the evening and lots of drinking... a lot of us ended up in the pool... a lot of bathing suits went south. I went to the local FoxFoto, near my home and decided to use their 1 hour service and wait for them. The girl who helped me said they were running behind and that she would charge the regular rate rather than the 1 hr rate, but it would take about 30 mins longer... I didnt want to wait 90 mins in a plastic chair, so I went and got a sandwich and came back about 75 mins later. I walked over to the window to see what he was looking at and Wow, here were all the pics of the party dropping off the conveyor of the printer into a bin. Im sure he got an eye full. But the journey continues. I go inside and ask if my prints are ready. Two girls working the shop, both around my age. (22) The one at the counter goes over to see if they have been sleeved and ready. She looks back at me and sees the top photo and says "No wonder you were in a hurry to see them", with a big smirk on her face. The one working the machine, tells the other girl... I gave a brief tale. Then the first girl asked if she could make a copy of them for her brother. What was this place? lol I obviously said no. But I wonder if there may indeed be other copies they made in my absence. Back when we were dating we both worked at a grocery store. It has it's own 1 hour photo lab which my wife worked in. Wow! I've just found this thread and it has brought back so many memories!!!

I remember taking my first pics of my girlfriend (now my wife) not long after we met. I had just bought my first "proper" camera. I had been joking with her about doing some modelling for me after she had discovered my stash on Penthouse mags. Well one day after a few glasses of wine she agreed (reluctantly). they were mostly topless pics but a couple had her naked and side on to the camera. a bit of pussy on show.
Next day I dropped them off at a local chemist shop where they send them off to be developed and printed. The guy behind the counter told me to come back in about 3 or 4 days.
It was over a week until i plucked up the courage to go and get them.
I was 19yo and the guy behind the counter was about late 50's. I handed him my receipt and he retrieved the Kodak envelope. I thought he would hand it to me but to my horror he started opening it up and taking the photos out. He flicked through them with a big smile on his face and said they turned out very nice. I could feel my face burning up with embarrassment. I paid for them and quickly left the shop.
When I got to the privacy of my own bedroom I looked at the photos. I'm not sure which part of it turned me on the most. The fact that I now had naked pics of my girlfriend, or that another man had just seen them.
I finally worked out it was the latter, and so began my lifelong endevour to get other people to see my girlfriend/wife naked. I have lots of other tales to tell if anyone is interested.
