Good news is there are more photos and video, bad news is it's from website/show called Money Talks. A show with a mix of about 70% hardcore porno and 30% amateurs pulled off the street to do crazy things for money. I believe that episode the girls were pulled off the street but they could be hired models or even porn stars. If I remember they were doing a nude triathlon for 400 dollars a piece. I believe they did skate boarding, then biking, then running and ended with a segway race....something along those lines.

The website/show itself is really hit or miss, you can obviously tell when it's real or when it's fake, more than half the time the girls "pulled right off the street" look like hired models or porn stars. It pretty much comes down to reality mixed with fake setups, some of the stuff is actually pretty good though.
