Well, technically, it has nothing to do with "Naked on stage." I was just commenting on the devil tattoo posted earlier in this thread by 1234xh on 02-14-2010, 06:54 PM.

In the previous post in this thread, there are a few pictures of this woman....with her on stage. i just felt this picture had the best view of her tattoo.

i don't post much, and didn't realize there was the "quote" button for me to use to indicate that i am referencing a previous post. my bad.

Right, nothing wrong with that, the picture just seemed out of place, since there's no stage in the pic, and no context for the picture was provided in the original post. Once he provided the context, everything was fine.

Blythe Danner (Gweneth Paltrow's mother), on stage in her undies, from the play; Butterflies are Free.

Does anyone else have photos of Blythe Danner from; Butterflies are Free? The above shot is the only one I've ever been able to find.

I spoke too soon. Here's one more of Blythe from; Butterflies are Free. She's in her underwear, but unfortunatly, she's mostly obscured. Does anyone else have photos of her from this play? It ran circa 1965, and I believe it was her first acting job (she was 25).

The play opened on October 21, 1969. I'm dating myself, but I saw it back then and didn't think much of it. And there was no nudity, just her in her underwear.

Well, I didn't think much of the movie, either, but I did like Goldie Hawn running around in her underwear. Still hoping that someone has more of Blythe to post.

The play first ran at the Westport Country Playhouse, in Westport Connecticut, before moving to Broadway (just in case someone lives in Westport, and has a box of old memorabilia laying around).

I know these pictures of Kathleen Turner naked in the stage production of The Graduate have been posted multiple times over the years, but found this story from co-star Matthew Rhys interesting.

A paparazzi photographer snuck into the audience and photographed her during the nude scene. The cast thought that the show would be stopped and the photographer called out, but everyone continued, and the photos were printed huge in the newspaper the next day.
