Having worked in pizza shop a while back, i doubt any delivery person would hand over food, BEFORE getting paid.. even if the customers were naked !

Not really true. Plenty of delivery guys have allowed me to take the pizza to the kitchen and then come back and carry out the transaction. It may not be standard procedure, but it's happened many times.
