I agree, it could be Swedish. My native language is Finnish and I do speak a little bit Swedish also but both of those words are out of my Swedish vocabulary.

Quick check with dictionary: Intagning = student selection. No idea about "gullis".

I happen to know that gulisintagning is some event in some school in Finland. Gulisintagning is a swedish word, but "gulis" must be some slang word I guess, most likely what evil twin wrote. (gul = yellow)

Gul=yellow comes from Finnish word kelta-nokka.
Yellow is in Finnish kelta(inen).
Keltanokka is in Swedish uppkomling.
Translation of word keltanokka from Finnish to English could be greenhorn or newcomer.
Therefore Gulis refers to either to freshman or to novice.
