I've clipped the two most interesting games here.

This is not from "La Bustarella" but from "Il Napoleone", it seems to be a very similar show that ran on Antenna 3 from 1979-1980.

Three of the more interesting games have been clipped. In one, bikinis are swapped under a strobe light with a mannequin. In the second one, teams strip to fill a large-sized jeans as much as possible. There's also a non-game topless dancer segment where the dancer is decked in bananas (shades of Josephine Baker, eh?)

The third game is more complicated, apparently inspired by operetta. A lady plays the wife, another plays the husband, and another plays the sailor whom the wife is having an affair with. The "husband" goes out to "buy cigarettes", which in the game means he does three laps around the stands. The sailor then helps the "wife" undress down to a single article of clothing. She then gets out of the bed in her state of undress to ring a bell, and returns to the bed. The sailor then helps the "wife" get dressed.

After the three laps, the husband comes back and rings a bell. This stops the game.

Winners is either who has the most clothes redressed, or (in a tie) who has the shortest lap time. Phew.

I was concerned when Ettore said during the introduction something along the lines of "For our Easter weekend show, we have a selection of games that nobody could possibly find controversial or objectionable." The shaving cream game got my hopes up that it would turn out to be a normal show, but I guess that one game was just a case of sponsorship winning out over religion.

Murphy's Law: The time your stream recorder breaks will be the time you are away and unable to quickly fix it. Sigh.

I did manage to capture the last two games of the program. The final game was a shadow (ombra cinese) striptease between the final two regions, and I thought was worth clipping here.

The earlier games had a lot of bikinis, but nothing all that awesome. My feed always has popup ads that cut in about 10-20 seconds before the actual program goes to Crazy Eddie so I'm missing the tail end of most of the segments, but other than that I have the rest of the footage except at the very end when something happened and I lost my feed entirely.

Soundwave, if you're able to post the end of the show that you were able to capture, I'll edit that into my recordings and post the (mostly) complete recording.

Here's the full recording. Like I said before, the last few seconds of each segment are missing. I also included an AI generated subtitle file. To use it, it just needs to be in the same folder (and have the same name) as the video file.

Last night's Antenna 3 rerun was a late night talk show called Aria di Mezzanotte. The program had an artsy-ish introduction where a "mermaid" stripped off her gloves and bikini top and handed it to a bunch of hands.

While looking for information about this program, I found that someone posted a clip from another episode of this program with a topless tiger tamer.

Last night's Friday show was not La Bustarella as it usually is; it was another episode of the related Il Napoleone program instead.

Two games I thought were interesting enough to clip here. In the first game, the women bandages a select body part of their partner; the catch is, the material for the bandage is also their makeshift bikini top. The second game is another "bikini changing under a strobe light" game, as seen before.

Three games clipped from last night's La Bustarella rerun.

The first clip is where the ladies are wearing a swimsuit with some holes. The goal is to paint as many holes as possible (without tearing the swimsuit further, of course, which happens once here).

The second clip involves a guy and girl crossing a horizontal ladder without falling (the girl of course being in a strapless swimsuit).

The third game involves women entering a plastic tube and changing from a bikini into a one-piece swimsuit.

For some reason last Friday's showing of La Bustarella was the same relatively tame show that they broadcast in early December last year. Oh well.

Yesterday, Antenna3 showed an episode of their nostalgia clipshow iTop di Antenna Tre which seemed to focus on La Bustarella a lot though. I've clipped two clips from this which showed a couple nip slips etc.

Generally the girls in the bustarella clips are fairly flat chested and the old VHS low quality is a shame but in the first clip where they are in the studio I would like to see more of the woman in the discussion as she looks rather busty. Any ideas who she is?

From what I understand, that is Diana Scapolan (the Italian candidate for Miss Universe 1976 and wife of Italian TV personality / politician Ettore Andenna).

The quality of these clips is a lot better than what was floating around before Antenna 3 started rebroadcasting! :) I imagine they are upscaled to 720p from pro videotape sources of the time (like U-Matic or Betacam), which is better than VHS usually. Main quibble for me is that a lot of these episodes are stretched from 4:3 to 16:9. If one cared enough, it's pretty easy to re-scale.

Shows with stripping games like this unfortunately are unfortunately rare in the HD era, particularly ones like this that seem to involve (mostly) non-pros.

There was a new episode Friday, but unfortunately other stuff has been hugely interfering. I'll try to post it shortly...

On 1/23/26, they showed the same episode that they showed on 11/28/25 and according to the post before yours the same one they also repeated on 1/16/26. So, in 3 of the last 4 weeks, they've repeated episodes they had already shown since Thanksgiving.

This week's episode thankfully wasn't a rerun. :)

In the first clip, a guy and a girl from the team pair up. The goal is change shirts as quick as possible. The girl must change shirts in the middle of jump roping. Naturally, the girls aren't wearing any bra or bikini top.

In the second clip, a girl is paired with a guy from an opposing team. The girl stands in front of a soccer (football) goal net, holding a "shield" with balloons on it that can be used to deflect balls. The guy throws balls at the girl. The goal for the guy is to score as many goals as possible, either via the net or by popping a balloon. However, the girls can reduce the goals scored against them by stripping articles of clothing and putting them in a basket, which all of the girls try to do. The team with the least goals scored against them wins.

There’s gotta be a way to post this. The rapid share is long expired. Does anyone have this who would chop it up into smaller videos that can be directly uploaded?

It normally starts at 8:00pm EST, but could potentially start as early as 7:00. The program where Antenna 3 repeats its old shows starts at 1:00am Italian time and there's a 6 hour time difference between Italy and US Eastern time. Usually on Fridays they open with a hour of Ti ricordi quella sera? then move into La Bustarella. Once since I've been watching, Bustarella started around 7:30, but other than that it's started at 8:00 plus or minus a few minutes.

Some La Bustarella episodes are tamer than others. Tonight's show didn't have too much. There was a bodypainting segment though, so I clipped both the main segment (and some of the small segments beforehand that they did between games) and put it here.

Note that this is *much* better video quality. My understanding is that there was a few La Bustarella revival episodes of some sorts around 2005-2006, which I think a lot of the clearer clips in the beginning of the thread came from.

One game was where the girls swap bikinis with a mannequin under a strobe light. This game has been seen a couple times before under the Il Napoleone shows.

The final game involved two girls as "mummies". The objective of the game was to unwrap the wrap of the girls, put an "Egyptian dress" on her, and carry her to the lap of the host. (Of course, underneath the wrap, the girls are topless.)

Here's a clip of a game that I found and am reposting from the Università di Bologna's AMS Historica digital library, where the guys are tasked to make "homemade bras" for the girls.

One game I thought worth clipping from last night's rerun, the final one.

There are three pairs of guys and girls, and a shelf full of buckets of liquid ("white wine" by the banter, looks like water to me, but who knows?). The guy holds a big tube to be filled, while the girls have to knock the buckets on the shelf into their bucket using just a stick, and then carry the liquid into the tube. The team with the most liquid in the guy's tube wins.

(Of course, the girls are wearing a white shirt with only a bikini bottom underneath, and it's rather difficult knocking the pails over without them getting splashed...)

Tonight's La Bustarella had two clip-worthy games.

The first clip involves two ladies in a jumpsuit with holes in it (including revealing breast holes), and a horizontal ladder... along with a guy "painter". Both of them must traverse the horizontal ladder; the guy must paint as many holes as possible.

The second clip involves three ladies in a bikini bottom and a T-shirt. The women must transfer as much water as possible from a pool to a container... using just the T-shirt.
