I'm French, and from what I'm hearing, it doesn't sound French at all... Rather some eastern European language, maybe Russian but I can't be sure. But definitively not French.

I've read in another forum that this is indeed Russian and is indeed staged. Although there's no watermark, apparently it is from a voyeur-themed site. It's pretty obvious that the thing is staged at the very end, where the girls fake their being "surprised" by the guy who has been standing there videotaping the events that just seem to happen for absolutely no real reason. There's TONS of Russian websites with staged reality and "hidden camera" footage like this, all of it staged.

Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news, but this video has been around so long with so many questions around it. I figured I'd throw my semi-informed hat into the ring.
