Seems many are against boob augmentation. Just like some don't care for bushes. I know I was against 'fake' boobs, until my wife went through chemo and her C's pancaked down to maybe A's. I was then on board for her sake, and her confidence sky-rocketed afterwards. If you have a good enough doc doing the job, they can turn out great, as I found out.
