So, how does one identify good saunas or times of week where there is a high likelihood of seing beautiful women naked?

Are spas attached to gyms much better than those attached to larger bathing resorts? Sundays are probably good times to visit? What about spas attached to spa hotels? What about winther vs summer? Any recommendations?

search the location on instagram... you can get a feel for the crowd at different times. If nothing is on instagram good chance there is nobody young enough going there to know what instagram is :) price point also matters. Cheap is cheap.

I was on vacation in Germany this summer and happened to visit a spa near Berlin. I'd rather not share the name of the place, but it was large and not part of a hotel. It had several saunas, pools, lounges, etc, and was fully nude throughout.

I was there on a weekend afternoon, and the ages were very balanced, almost uniformly between 2 and 70. Lots of families, couples, and singles. Yes, plenty of teen girls who didn't mind being naked with their fathers or brothers. And it was split pretty evenly between male and female.

I have been countless times to saunas in Germany, Belgium, etc over the years. Not all visits have been particularly eventful, but I do have a few specific episodes that remained burnt in my memory.

Something I find particularly memorable is when I have a chance to observe a good-looking woman undressing (or even getting dressed) in the mixed locker rooms. I had just found one of the few lockers available in the men's locker room, on a particularly busy evening, in a sort of side branch of the locker room with two sets of lockers right in the middle, creating a dead-end, a bit apart from the rest of the locker room. So I found an available locker just inside that side branch, and started to undress in the narrow space between the locker and the wall.

As I am already down to t-shirt and boxers, a couple enters the locker room, and after looking for a few seconds they decide to also look for lockers in the same side branch where I was. They excused themselves as they squeezed past me (fully dressed). The woman took a locker just two further down from mine, the guy had to walk past the lockers into the dead-end to find one just on the other side, so he was out of sight. This is the second episode of my most memorable experiences in mixed locker rooms of European saunas/thermal baths.

As I mentioned above, although in theory it should be easy and frequent, in practice you have to be very lucky. Now, in this particular place you could not choose your own locker - at the reception they gave you the key with the number of your locker. And this time I got the locker at the corner of this central aisle, near the exit towards the pool, which was great because I could sit on that large concrete bench without going far from my locker.

It was late afternoon and I was ready to get dressed and leave after spending a couple of hours there, so I go to my locker wearing my bathrobe. As I get there, I notice that the fourth locker further inside from mine had been taken by - or rather assigned to - a very pretty girl. Went to Amsterdam after new year, having a stopover at Schipol. Went to Sport Hotel Zuiver's spa - highly recommended, not much modesty, a surprising number of americans and overall a really nice spa. Stayed in the indoor whirlpool much of the time, its well lit and the scenery interesting. Only regret is coming so late on a friday, I thought it'd only fill up after work, but it seems there are a lot of visitors all day long. Mostly a pretty young crowd.

The Vabali Spa, conveniently close to the Central Station, is a beautiful and classy place. Usually at least as many females as males, and a lot of them in their 20's and 30's. Just don't act in any way desperate or creepy, as this will make you stick out like a sore thumb in the rather meditative mood which permeates this Spa. There is also good food and good coffee, which you can bring to a nice arm chair. Do you want to see lots of people, especially younger people? Then go on the weekend. Or you can think about going after work hours on a weekday. If you go midday on a weekday, the crowd will be much older.
