They were kind of pricey, yes, but well worth it. And yeah, there's been plenty of guys who thought she was lying about having fakes (not sure why a woman would lie about HAVING them). If you look inthis pic, you can see the faint scar around her nipple though.

Unfortunately, we lost all of the before pics in a laptop theft from a vehicle. If by chance I do come across some, I will be sure to share. She had only one or two of her boobs bare before because she was embarrassed by them and felt they looked horrible.

Hard to believe they were terrible. The finished job is so nice I figured the starting "canvas" must have looked pretty good too.

In her own words, "they didn't fit my frame, and were saggy. I wanted ones that are big and sl*tty." And yes that is a direct quote.

Not sure if I commented on this post. My wife was bitten by a Brown Recluse spider maybe a dozen years ago. nearly lost her left breast. Local doctors wanted to butcher or remove it. Thru biker friends we found a plastic surgeon who removed the poison portion. Later she had more surgery to correct the ugly scars. Later yet the right breast was reduced to match. Sort of a boob job but still all real flesh.
She also has scars around her nipples because they had to be lifted to center them after the reduction. We were lucky she had large boobs to start with. Oddly she'd talked about a reduction because of the weight causing neck and back pain.
Dollie still goes braless and topless whenever possible. Most have no idea her boobs were reduced. Plus during all of these surgeries we met hundreds of women with augmentation of different types. Made it nice for me getting to see and feel lots of strange titties. Helped pay for all the expense.
So as far as we are concerned most look and feel great. The important part is the women feel better about wearing low tops and no tops. To me that's a win win situation for us guys. I say talk it over and make sure this is what she wants. Just don't overdo the size.
In the one photo my wife had just won $500 at a famous strip club. The others are in crowded bars. It gives them convidence to have fun.

I'm generally not a big fan of fake boobs. Usually because they end up looking like someone taped a couple of flesh colored beach balls to a woman's chest. Plus, to quote Robin Williams "They don't sing, they don't dance". I'm also not a sizeist, so I'd rather see small real boobs than fake big ones.

That said, I have two exceptions to that "rule" (if you can call it a rule. Like I have any control if a woman wants them or not); Needing them for reconstructive surgery (as friend's shirt once said "Yes, they are fake. The real ones were trying to kill me") and, well, if you can fool me that they are not fake, which, I understand, usually costs a lot more.

So, congrats to all the women who have fooled me and enjoy!

You should decide what you like and not be too influenced by a bunch of anonymous wankers on the 'net. Also strikes me as a baiting question to get everybody to talk about titties, which is all good, because hey, that's why we're here.

But anyway, I hate bolt-ons. They never look natural unless they're all trussed up inside tight bras and tops, When there's a good three inches of flat chest between massive, perfectly round bags I'm pretty well convinced those are plastic. It's just not an attractive look. And they sure don't feel natural either. A great pleasure in life is squeezing, kissing and massaging a wonderful pair of tits, whether they be big or small. Attempting to luxuriate in a pair of fakes just doesn't cut it.

I'm an advocate of the natural look, be they be little teacup As or large Triple Ds. I'd love it if women would just own what God gave them and be happy.

Well us guys don't talk. But how many guys go around thinking, "I...I just can't stand my dick. It's so small."

For many years I had a big beer gut and was about 30Kg overweight. I know that made me less attractive to the better sex but at the time there was little I could do about it. I would NEVER have said but I often thought, my gut is too big and I wish I could magic it away.

I'm pleased to report that since returning to a normal weight, which has brought with it a return to a normal body self-confidence, I have been enjoying some success with the ladies.

What I think I'm saying is that guys are not so different, we just don't talk about it.

My wife is small breasted, she was always jealous of the other women in her family who were much more generously endowed. Yes, I like big boobs, but the rest of the woman is much more important and I have always made sure I let my wife know how much I like her figure.

My wife mentioned a few times that she was considering enhancements, but I let her know that I prefer her small naturals to DD implants and thankfully the temptation passed. Now her sister and other friends have saggy boobs, my wife's are as perky as an 18 y/o. She is glad she didn't have implants.

This is great that this thread is still going and I appreciate all the opinions.

Here's the results so far. 36DD. They look really natural. Very hard to tell she has implants. Her left nipple has lost some sensitivity (which is a possible side effect) but a positive of that is that she tells me to "bite it harder!!! Fucking bite it!!!" during sex. Hee hee.

I will let her know I'm posting cause this is basically public and then see about some face pictures or showing some more. ;)

No to implants
 

I have seldom seen breast implants that improved a woman's appearance. (Breast cancer surgery patients excepted, of course.) If she is now slim, as you say, then D or DD will look tooo big. It's not size that makes a woman look good. It's having everything in proportion.
So I say, No, don't do it.

So I appreciate the advice, my girlfriend already had them done. She is someone who gains weight and then loses it again, and like a lot of women goes through that process a lot. She wanted them to be "full" all the time and wanted to have fun showing cleavage when we go out for drinks. She even has gotten daring and will go braless from time to time, and she has fairly good sized aerola so its pretty obvious-- and turns me on as the stares come in!

I apologize for having to hide a little here-- but I can say they look really good -- we specifically research all the options (over/under muscle etc etc) because she wanted them to look as natural as possible. (So they don't look like two bowling balls-- although I know some guys like those as well). For me, I like all of them-- and hers are fun as hell to suck on now! Feel free to "x-ray" this if you can, I don't mind. I will take some more soon and see what we can post after a few drinks.
