I would think any imaging app that supports GIFs would be able to do it but I can't name any. I'm a Photoshop noob myself.

My pleasure with the GIF'S. Thanks for letting add to your thread! I've been making quite a few lately so I'll try to keep adding them here as well as tumblr.

can't remember where i got this but the original vid was called "Leggy Blonde Stripping for Bath", I would have added hottie in there somewhere, but that's just me

Only problem I have with this vid is that we didn't get to see that ASS. Kinda' like the was 399 flows, not completely fluid but it was the best I could do.
