Photographers have the rights to their work even if they don't specifically copyright it. So no, as a general rule, I won't though I understand that it is a bit of a pain to copy and paste.

I realize that, but that applies to practically every pic that goes up here.

Actually, once upon a time, I did not post Flickr pics for that reason. I was one of the few holdouts, showing restraint while others were putting Flickr pics up.

But that was ages ago...my recent campaign to get people to not link to pics that could go up started in the campus naked run thread. There, I was missing hundreds of great pics because I simply was not looking for them in links.
Same goes here - I simply page down until I see a pic. So, keep that in mind as you post links - if enough people were to start doing this, pics would disappear in large numbers from threads, and we would all have to work really hard to go after them.

Copyright law is confusing, but my feeling is if people don't a) mark their photos individually nor b) disable them for downloading, they don't really care that much about protecting them.

EDIT: one partial solution to this would be for the poster to clearly identify that he is linking to pics. Highlight it, put it in the title, etc - i.e. "here is a link to some pics."

Yeah, I agree with the partial solution. I have original content here and wanted it kept only here for specific reasons. Though I wouldn't mind if someone posted a preview and a link to the original site. Three prongs of fair use, noncommerical, partial use, and attribution. That would about cover it and a lot of photographers wouldn't mind. But I lost count of the number of times someone posted large amounts of my content, didn't attribute, claimed rights to it, and used it for a commercial purpose.

I saw her just the other day. I was actually a bit surprised, because while I walk by the area she goes to all the time it never really occurred to me that I'd see her. Even more surprising is that her and her friend stopped right in front of me to change. Very cute.

The one thing I never understood about all her topless appearances is why she rarely ever wears shorts like every other girl in nyc.

I've been a little slow to come around to the realization that this woman is continually walking the streets of NYC topless, not just doing it as a one or two time thing, or as part of the Occupy protest. This is great! And a first possibly too (other than the naked cowgirl type stuff).

It's the same video, just a different format. The new format plays better on my players anyway. The original played poorly. May be different for others don't know.

Does anyone know how to download an Instagram shot as jpeg to an Android phone?

I know only a very circumvent way, which requires Windows:
Step 1. Identify the Instagram user that posted the photo. Instagram Downloader will create a text file with urls of all Instagram photos of a given user. File names are random strings, no clue which photo is which.
Step 2. Feed this file to wget.
Step 3. Screen manually the output of wget (may be few hundred jpegs) for the shot you want.

So, if Moira is so comfortable walking around topless (in the USA's largest city...) does anyone know if she's ever modeled completely NUDE for artist or photographers???

Some people post their garbled cellphone videos with only few frames where they succeed to point the lens in the right direction. So here are the frames from two otherwise worthless videos from vimeo.
In any case MJ is doing a great job. Daily Beast has published recently that she has experience as a topless dancer, so she is less vulnerable to overreacting guys than most women her age. I hope MJ is the beginning of the new social norm. Nice summer fashions in the streets make NYC a brighter place, and Moira has good manners and a good taste.
