I found this pic on the "Scottish Political Archive" flickr page. The seated gentleman on the right is Ken Buchanan, apparently a famous Scottish boxer. The lady giving the uppie is only identified as "Miss Stirling" and I assume she has some connection to the "University of Stirling" as this is where the pic was taken. No date was given but judging by the pics found around it my best guess is early 70's.

A lot of these images are of what was burned into my brain as a young boy; they are what fueled my today uncontrollable passion for a peek up clothing!! I LOVE this! :D:D;)

I found this one on a flickr page as well. It's from a class of 1945 25 year reunion. So it was taken in 1970 and all of the people in the pic should be around 43 years old at the time of the pic, give or take.
