Can you please keep us up to date on this company, I can usually read Portugese, but I only get about 40% of it when it is spoken or sung. The latest show is up at the 'procast' site from the 23rd, usual wonderful nudity! I see that the bass player in the band is often nude, I wonder if he ever needs an understudy!

Just a few more shots from this last couple weeks' performances.

The last 3 sessions(29th/30th October and 2nd November) of "Macumba Antropófaga" will start at 15h30, acording to the latest news on their site.

Also I've found a online store that have some of Teatro Oficina's DVD for sale. But I won't be able to buy them anytime in the near future, as I am short on cash.

Wow, that stills photographer is stunning (despite the tatoo), do you think the director insists on the video and stills photographers having to be naked? Or do they do it like that themselves!

I guess most of you have found the link to the official video archieve, there is also a trailer to a DVD boxed set. This seems to be unavailable in Europe at present. I wonder if they may sell it when they come to Belgium next year.

A few more I found, on Flikr most photos are of the company at rehearsal and even R and R! At the beach, the girls wear full bikinis, sort of the reverse of what I see at the beach! One set names the actors featured, I re-named one shot here with the ladies first name.

Can you or someone else please provide the link to buy the DVD? I'm missing it somehow.

Ok, thanks. All this DVD talk had me confused. You might like to know that they are filming the last three performances of Macumba, and will be putting that out on DVD. That's great news, because the online streams quality has been wanting, and I can't wait to see some HD quality video.

I highly recommend watching it with a viewer that where you can scan frame-by-frame (like GOM), as the cuts are insanely fast. I wonder if this is the guy shooting the DVD?

And lastly, someone above mentioned the times for their finals shows. They are this Sat, Sun and Wed at 6:00 p.m. local Sao Paulo time. I believe that's different from above, and I got it directly from their web site here:

Another 20 minute interval, the last twenty minutes were a cross between a gigantic musical.....and a Spencer Tunick photos session, never seen so much nudity (all shapes and sizes) all singing and dancing! If you miss the live show, the whole thing should be available in a day or so.....gotta buy the DVD when it comes out.

I know I am only one of a few here that are being sent crazy by the nudity here, but I have just found out (if you lived in Brazil) a ticket for the whole show was only about $12 (US), what a bargain!! The show from yesterday is available (in two chunks, as it was 4 hours long) for streaming viewing.

I am following this and am with you all the way. The other day though, I caught the live stream at the wrong time I guess and nobody was naked. Can't wait to see this stream though...

The girl below is one of the band, she plays percussion and for no reason (other than she likes it?), spends almost half the play behind her drums..........fully nude.

And "MISTÉRIOS GOZOSOS" is a piece of 1994/1995, so I doubt there is any photography of it. :(

Does anybody know if stripping off members of the audience (I am guessing with some planning, as they did all then join in a set dance routine) always feature? There was a brief moment when two girls from the nude chorus were struggling with a chubby lady who seemed reluctant (possibly acting!) to have her panties removed. I was wondering if this was 'added nudity' for the DVD filming that also took place that night.

I've now seen about 6 performances, and it takes place in all of them. Based on some of what I've seen, I'm confident that at least some of them are not aware ahead of time. I also don't think the reluctance is fake. Last week there was a guy who literally kept running back to his seat, but finally got convinced. I think most people who attend the show are aware that this is at least a possibility (I mean, it's not like prudes are going to attend the show), and are sort of open to the idea, but need some convincing.

Thanks Flanker, I have really only seen one whole live show, as it is impossible to DL and even pausing it can make it go back to the start sometimes! On Sunday audience members (including a cute blonde) were given long robes at one point, they then started to remove them and the 'naked chorus' then went to the others on the side of the stage to start undressing them! I tried to see the blonde in the nude dance around that followed, but the quick change video work did not help. A young lady with a shaved head was a stills photographer who also appeared at this time, fully nude too. Of the wondering video camera team, I noticed that the guy kept a kind of skirt on.....but the girl stripped off fully:D

Wow. Interesting. Despite being mislabeled as "erotic fair" videos, these are good. They appear to be compilations of various performances. Thanks to whoever did the work, and to you for posting.

But we really need to find out more. Based on the camera work, I'd say these are NOT from the live streams. These are clearly the work of an audience member, who did a much better job of focusing on one subject at a time. The dailymotion poster is clearly a re-poster. All his other videos are similar, mashed-up re-edits of other videos. We need to know where this guy got his material, originally, because as awesome as these videos are I'll bet there's more from the original source.

I've actually had these pics for a couple of years, but never knew who the group was. So I traced them back to their Flickr gallery and yes, it is Uzyna Uzona. From 2008. More stuff here:

I have good and bad news!

The good one: They'll do one last presentation of Bacantes on december 17th and 18th. I don't know if they are planning to do a live stream, though.

The bad one: Their Facebook account was banned. Probably because of nudity. They say they are suffering censorship, and I agree. :(
