It's up to you to decide how much she would care, your relationship with her, and how much you respect her (and how much disrespect it would cause).

My wife likes when I don't tell her when she is showing something; but she also appreciates when I do--it's all about context and who is around when it happens. I know her internal "rules" for this, and I apply them as appropriate.

Same goes for wearing tops without a bra that are see-through in bright sunlight.
