Hi all,
I can bring some informations about that. My wife is the most of time topless at beach and does it since she was born. (we are French) Sometimes when we go to the beach or to the swimming pool she is wearing a full one-piece swimsuit. This is because she wants to dive and jump and it this case, a bikini is not the base one because it can loose off. So after diving and swimming, she does not want to have tan marks and then she roll the swimsuit down. So she can tan. But you have to know that in France, the girls or women whom are tanning topless is not to show her breast to all the people around but is to feel well and free and also to have a beautifull tan. |
