Great Italian film: husband is more and more excited in showing the wife naked.
The starting scene is a realf ENF for her, but it' teasing and exciting him, at first embarrassed and scared, then really excited when the doctor grabs her wife tits!!

Well done to everyone who identified and detailed this picture (which I had never heard of).
