If you don't have a working program you can get the clip anyway. First watch the whole clip (without jumping forward) and then go to the "Temporary Internet Files" folder on your computer and copy it (you can't move the clip but you can copy it). You have to close the folder after each time (I think), so make a shortcut on the desktop. It works on all sites.
