There is no way they allowed this on American television. Where did you find this? Did they show it in Europe? Was it a deleted scene? Great great stuff. Awesome. One of the best of the year.

I haven't seen the episode, so I don't know if it was a "deleted" or "European" scene or not, but I do know that they've shown topless, covered nudity on "One Tree Hill" before. See attached collage. BTW, if anyone has a video of the attached collage, please post it, I'd love to see it.
