One Click Chicks Forum - Can anyone help me with this beauty?

Hope no one will be offended at the mention of a different forum, but I got into this topic because of someone's model ID request over at VEF. Here's a final bit of information that I posted on that forum:

We don't have a thread for her and neither does iafd, Planet Suzy, or anywhere else I checked.
