You should ask your neighbor if he would shoot using some of your own ideas for poses. I am also a photographer(Hobby). My wife Jenni gets very excited when I take pictures of her, her panties get soaked during the shoot, when she has any on that is. While I have my ideas, its always great when she acts out her own poses. Sometimes she has innocent ideas, other times she goes to the other extreme and really opens up, the point I making is that your neighbor would probably appreciate you taking the initiative.
