You are 100% correct. If you zoom in like 400% on the final pic, you can see the two contrasting compression artifacts around her ears, and where her hairline was blended in with the original pic's.

Yes the glory hole pic is actually from a chick named Kat (who I'm sure most of us have seen on these boards) with this girl's face pasted on.
