The episode is "The Gay Team", Season 3, Episode 6. Unfortunately, I only have Season 1 on DVD so can't create a video clip. I was able to find a couple pictures. The actress is Michelle Ruben.

Thanks very much! I'm going to have the discs coming from Netflix over the next week or so. I'll cap this scene (and perhaps some other good ones) once I get them.
