Actually, thats exactly the opposite of what the show is aiming to achieve.

That said, the show is a bit dumb, to be honest. They have this dickhead "Gok Wan" arsing around all the time. Its a shame, really, that a show that tries to promote the idea that it is sexy to be normal feels the need to use a man who is such an outrageous (and unrepresentative) sterotype as its presenter. Ultimatley the fact that he is such an obvious (and OTT) homosexual means that he doesn't have a sexual interest in the women anyway, which kind of contradicts the idea of "looking good naked." Surely how to look "good" naked means how to look ATTRACTIVE naked.

Having a gay man show women how too look good naked is rather like having a vegetarian cook steak. They can appriciate, but in the end don't really have any interest in the end product.

Its suppose to say to them "hey you look good naked" so they feel good, its not about how you feel and what you think about the presenter.

As for your metaphor about the chef and steak if we lived by those rules we would never have great designer's like Yves st Laurent ,Marc Jacob's , Jean-Paul Gaultier ,Tom Ford, Christian Dior, Giorgio Armani , Gianni Versace who are all gay like gok Wan.
if we stuck to your rule's and hot red blooded men designed woman's clothes women would be walking around in high heel's, stocking's and suspender's and a scarf to keep their neck's warm.

How ironic it is to see all these homophobic men walking around in clothes designed by gay men...

back on topic great work and please post the rest of the series here....

If you look closely at some of the scenes in the courtyard at least 2 of the women are fully naked. I agree is interesting to see real women altho obviously a lot of them are unattractive, but some are very nice. And maybe Gok Kwan is just pretending to be gay so he can fumble a huge amount of jubblies.

Yeah, but the fact that the presenter who is saying it is so over the top gay kind of spoils the point.

The point "hey you look good naked " would have been made so much better with a hetrosexual presenter- someone who actually finds women attractive in the first place.

As for gay fashion designers, fashion is about style, culture etc.

Whereas surely the whole point of looking good naked is being SEXUALLY attractive.

I think having a homosexual man as the host puts the women at ease.
Most everyday women won't strip in front of a straight man, especially women who are ashamed of their bodies.
If they had a straight host, I don't think you would have a show.

Exactly!

'tis true.
