There is also another program that let's do it, and even gives you more converting options. Go to Download.com and look for CinemaForgeLite. It's pretty simple, and has a lot of options (you can even format them for your Ipod) :)

i love the plump girl with the glasses stripping to send vid to her bf (the "amstrip" ones). and the two shy blondes are great too. just a lot of good stuff of the "FOR YOUR EYES ONLY" genre

mediacoder. absolutely hands down a must for any videophile. also a good codec pack like i use satsuki which plays all in windows media classic. highly recommend it.

media coder converts. take an old mpeg it it will cut size in half and make it more stable in playback.

oh yea these vids half make me crap up and half make me feel bad - "here honey just for you" rofl
