Blah's Attempt

Sorry Fritzyy it took so long. I've been busy at my job all week so here is my attempt. I used mostly the "Gaussian Blur" from the "Blur" filter to get rid of most of the specks. I used a weak blur on the cmyk channel which is all four channel selected at the same time on the channel pallet and a stronger blur on only the cyan, magenta, and yellow channels. I also with the Lasso tool to select certain areas of the image that need work and applied a stronger blur on the main channel (cmyk) and indeviduel channels (cyan), (magenta), and (yellow). I've also used other filters such as "Dust & Speaks" on the "Noise" filter. After cleaning up the Image I applied a "Unsharp Mask" to give the image more depth after bluring it so much. I'm not good at interpreting things or at spelling so this is my best explaination.

A good way to decrease graininess is to reduce size. After all what's the point of a pic too big to fit on the screen?
