Sorry to ask a dumb question, I probably had a sheltered upbringing. Are they just fooling around or does this game have some rules, like why do the girls often have a lemon? slice in their mouths.

And a lot of the girls had lime slices because people were doing tequila shots. You lick the salt (usually on some part of the girl's body in these pictures), take the shot, and bite the lime.
