I get why you are upset. And I'm sorry if I upset you. Why I personally dislike over blurred faces is that I like women and they are not just tits and pussies. Cutting off the heads in pictures and over blurring them, in my opinion, reduces them to just bodies which does a disservice to them. Dehumanises them, if you like.
A little blurring or covering the eyes is normally enough to prevent facial searches if that is what you are worried about.
