Wow, that was underwhelming. Two years ago the press were allowed in the warm-up area, and we got live-streamed nude calisthenics. Last year we didn’t get a warm-up, but the press were on the course for post-race interviews with multiple participants. This year it seems like the press were kept behind the barrier, which didn’t afford much in the way of interaction or good footage.

I recorded the footage we did get, but it was pretty disappointing, and I’m regretting setting my alarm for it.

I know taste is different. But the girls this year were also pretty disappointing in my opinion. No one stood out. Pretty meh all around and not as much coverage from different news outlets as usual.

Agreed.

Things I didn't like:

• No warm up footage
• Camera man missed the runners crossing the finishing line
• Post race, the camera stayed with the 2 winners, while every else walked away

• Naked females

I think it was just that the number of women was down significantly, so the options were limited and there just wasn’t much to look at. If you notice when they marched in they had a lot of guys paired side-by-side, whereas they normally try to split it evenly between male and female. The last two years I think they had all of the female slots filled, but it looked like this year it was only about half. No doubt the weather played a part in that.
